Mô tả công việc
Develop the customer network and arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Constantly update information on the market.
Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations and financial goals of the department.
Training & Development Area:
Participate in the recruitment process of the Sales Team.
Recognize their talents and continuously train, develop all team members.
Weekly meet with the Sales Team and support them.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: More than 5 years of experience relating to the Logistics field.
Skills / Attitude
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
Ability to meet sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills.
Results driven and customer focused.
Leadership and human resources management skills.
Being good at communication and negotiation skills.
Being professional and keeping work ethics.
