Mô tả công việc
Reports to: Chinese Country Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Job Purpose
The role entails supporting sales operations in Vietnam and reporting to the Country Sales Manager at the headquarters in China.
Collaborating with Sales Heads and Expatriate Managers, the position will concentrate on identifying market and customer prospects in compatible product groups, spare parts, printers, and photocopiers.
Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years experience in the compatible or printing industry, preferably in sales and marketing roles, with a sound understanding of the B2B business model.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management (30%):
• Providing weekly and monthly sales reports to the HQ Team, ensuring alignment between headquarters and the Vietnam office.
• Leading customer management activities, including customer visits, maintaining customer profiles, and managing credit information.
• Collaborating with HQ to establish personal yearly sales targets and reporting on sales achievements.
• Developing regional and local strategies to meet expected targets.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
• Building and developing the number of sales team
- Business Development (50%):
• Utilizes networking and cold calling techniques to identify and reach out to potential clients, with a particular focus on Central and North Vietnam.
• Leverages expertise in the field and product features to align products with client needs.
• Regularly prepares and communicates account status, results, and leads to the manager. Establishes rapport with potential clients and schedules meetings to explore opportunities.
• Creates quotes and proposals customized to the requirements of clients
- Marketing (20%)
• Collaborating with the Country Manager to assess and refine marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and developing forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
• Enhancing brand awareness and expanding market share through effective branding, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
• Compiling and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management.

Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience:
• At least 3 years or longer of experience in the compatible, digital printing, stationery, or office equipment industry
• Minimum of 1 year of proven success in Sales Management roles.
• Some background in distribution management or the B2B sales sector.
- Language:
• Can communication in English
• Chinese speaking will be an added advantage
- Skills:
• Proficient in networking and maintaining relationships with dealers in relevant industries.
• Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Business development mindset.
• Highly effective team player
- Experience:
