Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for TSales Manager (Machinery & Spare Parts, $1400, ID19608):
Market Research & Analysis: Research the Vietnamese market for machinery spare parts and related equipment components, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identify customer needs, and prepare regular market reports.
Business Development: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets, expand the customer base, and increase market share in Vietnam.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with local dealers, distributors, suppliers, and key corporate customers.
Sales & Customer Support: Conduct regular customer visits, identify spare parts requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and promptly address customer feedback and after-sales issues.
Order Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate order processing, logistics, and delivery, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Business Promotion: Participate in industry exhibitions, trade events, and business negotiations to identify new opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
Requirement
Male, 30-45 years old
Bachelor's Degree or higher
At least 3 years of experience in sales of machinery spare parts, heavy equipment components or related technical products.
Good understanding of the Vietnamese machinery spare parts market, customer segments, and distribution channels.
Experience in heavy equipment or construction machinery-related products is preferred.
Strong market analysis capabilities, with the ability to identify business opportunities, develop customer networks, and achieve sales targets.
An established network of dealers, distributors, or corporate customers in the relevant industry is an advantage.
Good at English communication
