• Be responsible for sales strategy and execution of Southern MCX equipment's target and monitor sales progress to ensure the goals are achieved
• Identify/ create new business opportunities and analyze market trends to develop and implement the business strategies to drive revenue and growth of diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Lead and develop sales team by training, coaching, mentorship, assigning sales goals, motivating, and performance review
• Performance monitoring and analysis: monitor sales performance against goals and analyze sales data, create sales forecasts and report on progress to senior management, manage and use tools to track sales activities.
• Liaise with other departments, particularly marketing/ products/ services, to align strategies and other sales-driven and marketing activities
• Develop the distribution channel in the South Vietnam, build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, KOLs, and distributors
• Ensure customer satisfaction and help resolve issues.
• Work under compliance with government and company policies and procedures
• Responsible for other job duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree holder or above, background in business, marketing, or technician (Biomedical preferred)
• Minimum 8 years' experience in relevant role, proven working experience as a
business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role
• Rich on Healthcare Market knowledge
