1. Job Purpose
• Manage, Motivate, Grow and drive performance of Hanoi & Haiphong Field Sales team
• Develop plan and targets for Hanoi & Haiphong Field Sales channel based on country targets, align with Head of Field Sales
• Ensure achievement of Hanoi & Haiphong Field Sales target
• Steer and improve Sales performance through effective processes
• Plan and manage the portfolio of multi-sector Business Customers
• Focus on Team's Win, retain and develop multi-sector Business Customers
• Plan and manage multi-sector Business Customers
• Gather customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions
2. Main Accountabilities
• Lead the team to hunt new BC customers (multi-sector) and grow locally controlled account portfolio
• Support team to maintain existing account portfolio and work on organic growth
• Achieve yearly financial and business growth target of HAN branch - local controlled business
• Define strategic actions with Head of Field Sales, implement and monitor results.
• Drive implementation of effective Sales tools and processes to HAN Field Sales
• Drives performance improvement of HAN BC segment by supporting target achievement for country BC growth
• Train & lead new Field Sales, align with DGF's direction & strategy for growth
• Invest in critical relationships between multi-sector Business Customers and the rest of DGF organization
3. People Management
• Develop a sales hunting culture with consistent business target achievement, flexibility and profitability and ROI consciousness
• Develop a team spirit and continuous guidance to improve capabilities within the team
• Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Sales,
Business Development and Logistics
• Deep knowledge of the Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Forwarding Industry, understanding of Product offering
• Bachelor's degree in relevant topic
• Strategic thinking skills
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English verbal/written communication
