Are you an experienced Technical Sales professional looking for a new challenge in

Hiep Phuoc Thanh is looking for a SALES MANAGER to lead our sales team, drive business growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships.
### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify business opportunities.
Develop and implement business strategies and sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
Identify potential customers, expand the customer base, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Consult, negotiate pricing, and review commercial contracts with customers.
Lead, manage, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
Coach, train, and develop team members to improve sales capabilities.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective order execution and customer satisfaction.
### JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or College degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in
Technical Sales, preferably in the Plastic or Plating industry.
Knowledge of plastic injection molding, mold manufacturing, plating, and sales operations.
Good computer skills, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong planning, team management, and leadership abilities.
