Purpose and Objective of this position:
• Lead and manage overall sales and store operations to achieve business objectives.
• Drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Coordinate merchandising, marketing, logistics, and other operational activities to support business performance.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Store Operations
• Manage daily sales and store operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement.
Team Management
• Lead, coach and develop the Sales team.
• Manage workforce planning and team performance.
• Foster a positive and customer-focused working environment.
Customer Experience
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Business and Operation Support
• Oversee merchandising, marketing, logistics and other operational functions.
• Manage departmental resources and support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare business reports and provide insights to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and applicable legal requirements.
Other Responsibilities
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Yêu cầu
Educational Requirements: College/ University graduate or equivalent.
Work Experience and Requirements:
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a retail, customer service, hospitality, or luxury brand boutique environment is preferred.
• Flexible to work hours as required by the business.
• Able to stand throughout the working shift and proactively interact with customers and staff.
Equipment/Tools: POS terminal, computer, and standard office equipment.
Licenses Required: Health certificate clearance.
Critical Skills: Multilingual proficiency is preferred, particularly in English, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Russian.
