Mô tả công việc
. In charge of inbound market in Hanoi & other province
. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry (Inbound, Corporate)
. Researching and analyzing sales options.
. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
. Researches and recommending new opportunities;
. Recommends profit and service improvements.
. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
. Makes weekly sales report/plan and monthly market overview by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
. Composes proposals/contracts/confirmations to clients
. Building up good relationship with sales persons in Hanoi's hotels.
. Participating in sales trips/sales blitz and/or other campaigns/activities of sales & marketing department and/or upon company request.
. Working closely with Danang Sales Team regarding group/FIT inspection trip/ operation of confirmed groups.
. Research for new accounts
. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
. Meeting planned sales goals.
. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
. Promoting the organization and products.
. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Yêu cầu
• University graduate with a degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Has a well developed network of local and international accounts.
• Excellent command of English
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Has a well developed network of local and international accounts.
• Excellent command of English

• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
