Role Overview
This position supports the overall sales process by managing relationships with third-party agents, driving indirect sales performance, and supervising the agency support team to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Agency Management
• Manage relationships with third-party agents, ensuring strong engagement and long-term collaboration
• Develop and execute agent recruitment plans in alignment with sales leadership
• Monitor recruitment and retention effectiveness, and propose improvements to meet business targets
• Support sales team in expanding and maintaining an active agent network
• Establish and follow up on agent engagement processes throughout the customer journey
• Track lead pipeline and agent performance to ensure timely follow-up and conversion
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address agent inquiries and improve overall satisfaction
Sales Planning & Coordination
• Review sales reports, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness
• Work closely with Marketing to align activities and enhance agent-driven sales
• Act as a coordination point between agents and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Project Management
• Supervise and support team members in managing agent relationships
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training to improve team capability
• Monitor team performance and identify training needs
• Conduct performance reviews for direct reports
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Hospitality, Airlines, or Luxury Automotive; minimum 2 years in a managerial role
• Good understanding of sales operations and market dynamics
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn and grow
