· Generate new business, retain existing business, garner incremental business from existing customers as well for Project Cargo.
· Manage an assigned geographical sales area to maximize sales revenues & coverage to meet corporate objectives.
· Meet GP & Volume targets.
· Develop a strong sales pipeline to support the sales development plan and surpassing set targets.
· Possess good networking skills to identify business opportunities, participating in industry events/conclave/exhibitions etc.
· Establish business relationships within the Break Bulk industry to position us as the preferred agents at all times.
· Build and maintain key relationships at senior level with target customers, including owners and managers.
· Capture market intelligence, provide key inputs for tenders and pricing and ability to identify and propose relevant marketing opportunities and possible strategic alliances.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Minimum of (3) years of experience in the Break Bulk Cargo, OOG, Project Cargo segment
· Excellent English communication and writing skills
· Ability to build relationships with ship owners, managers and key decision - makers within the Cargo and Freight industry
· Dynamic, proactive, progressive, quick learner and patient
· Good communication, negotiation skill, problem solving skill
· College/ University graduate preferred with Foreign trade, Economics, majored in International trading and transportation
· Good skill of computer
