Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media,
business development, or advertising agencies.
Experience in a people management role leading sales teams in Northern European Market.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
Experience working in SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business) sales in the Northern European market.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or e-commerce experience, with an understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including executive level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive offerings, including track record in commercial teams.
Ability to grow in a rapidly changing environment, and effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish fluently for client management in these regions.
