Mô tả công việc
- Expand existing business network and clientele base and manage the overall sales performance of the company's products
- Proactively visits potential clients and develop into sales prospect
- Manage the products image by creating content on multiple communication platforms: company website and social medias
- Overseeing and direct market research, competitor analyses
- Providing strong leadership to product marketing, branding, communications, digital marketing & trade marketing
- To formulate competitive and effective sales policies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients
- Explore new markets/target segments
- Organize and coordinate operations to meet customer satisfaction
- Plan and participate in sales promotional activities such as fairs/exhibitions to maximize brand exposure
- Make personal and team sales plan to achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales target under the framework of company sales guidance
- Preparation of periodic reports
- Reporting to General Director/Group Sales in Head Office

Yêu cầu công việc
- Candidates must possess a professional degree in either Marketing, Business, Economics, Commerce or equivalent
- Minimum 05 years working experience in Textile or Furniture Industry
- Good business acumen and inter-personal skills
- Self-motivated and performance oriented
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentations
- Must be willing to travel
- Fluency in English is essential and spoken/written Mandarin an added advantage
