Mô tả công việc
Sales & Marketing - Account Management
1. Be the main connecting point with the global sales and marketing team for exchange and updates
2. Be the embassador of the company in customers visits and present our products with deep knowledge and passion
3. Analyze and explore the market, competition situation, trends, chances and able to make use of them for business purposes.
4. Initiate, drive and execute sales and marketing activities in Vietnam and ASEAN countries (e.g. adaptions of existing tools as well as new ones) for the local textile market according to customer touch points and Corporate Identity
5. Gears the departments systematically towards providing servicing for external and internal customer interest.
6. Develop new markets, bring in new customers and additional market share with existing customers.
7. Define measures and activities and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and budgets.
8. Proactively promote the Südwolle Group products within Vietnam by taking participation in Fairs, brochures, internet presence and others.
9. Ensure (technical and commercial) support for the customers in Vietnam.
10. Improve sales channels structure, customer service and satisfaction in Vietnam and by processing complaints/claims.
11. Initiate the development and test of new yarn.
12. Monitor payments/Collection; markets and competition.
13. Actively participate, develop and realize market analysis and plan concepts (e.g. new articles and markets).
14. Crossover aspects of products, customers, market segments.
15. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
16. Advise and update marketing materials.
17. Prepare sales contracts and provide information for Sales back office to follow up the payments and reports.
Responsibilities for P&L, Sales in Vietnam of Südwolle Group for certain Segments:
18. Achieve Sales Budget and Profitability targets
19. Monitoring and controlling costs, working capital (stocks, receivables, payables)

Yêu cầu
- University graduation
- Foreign Trade/ Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 3-years working at Sales Manager position
- Good health
- Professional competencies
** Technical knowledge
+ Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
+ Basic knowledge of spinning equipment.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
- Understanding for design, creative and marketing-related topics
** Foreign language
Level of language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency
** PC skills: MS. Word, Excel, PPT
** Social competencies: Communication, Conflict Management, Team Work, Accepting diversity
** Business competencies: Project Management, Change Management, Decision Making & Problem solving, Innovation & Proactivity
**Leadership competencies:Motivation, Recruiting, Personnel development, Strategic Thinking
