SALES MANAGER (Corporate Relations)
is a dynamic role designed for a proactive and dedicated professional who will drive the development and management of corporate partnerships at our Theme Park, entertainment Game (Indoor/Outdoor/Sport). This individual will be instrumental in fostering relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs, and crafting unforgettable experiences that range from events, and sports facilities rentals, to team outings and more. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, event management skills, and the ability to grow our corporate network, ensuring mutual success and long-term collaborations.
Key responsibilities
● Corporate Partnership Development: Identify potential corporate partners and develop strategies to engage and onboard them, ensuring a match between their event and outing needs and the unique offerings of our theme park.
● Customized Event Planning and Execution: Work closely with corporate clients to understand their objectives and tailor events, outings, and rental packages that exceed their expectations, from initial concept to successful execution.
● Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups. Ensure partners receive the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
● Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal teams, including event management, operations, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and seamless experiences for corporate clients.
● Sales and Network Growth: Actively pursue sales goals by expanding the theme park's corporate partner network, leveraging existing relationships, and exploring new opportunities for growth.
● Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in corporate events and recreation. Develop and implement strategies to position our theme park as the premier destination for corporate outings and events.
● Manage the team to create value for customers
● Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, partnership management, or event planning, preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, or events industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to meet and exceed corporate clients' needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Advanced skills:
- Digital savvy, good analytical and administrative skills.
- Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication English skills
- Proficiency in data entry and document examination
- Quickly adjust to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
