We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive our sales initiatives in Vietnam. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and services, developing new customers, nurturing existing partnerships, and driving business growth in line with company objectives.
Sales Management: Lead the sales and service operations, ensuring efficient distribution and customer satisfaction.
Partnership Management: Review and manage agency and distributor relationships, fostering close ties with water authorities and supporting existing distributors to enhance sales in assigned territories.
Market Expansion: Penetrate new customers, conducting thorough market research and business development activities.
Marketing Strategy: Execute marketing initiatives to promote products in existing and new customers, including the introduction of new products to drive market expansion.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive budget and business plans for both existing and new customers, including sales projections and budget allocation for new product launches.
Documentation Management: Manage all documentation and pricing related to purchases, sales, and tender processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and contract obligations.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate sales operational risks, including order execution and delivery scheduling, to fulfil tender supply contract obligations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with sales objectives. Foster strong relationships across departments, leveraging internal resources to optimize sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Engineering or its equivalent with 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the Water Industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, develop strategic plans and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel domestically in short notice and is committed to work as and when required beyond the normal working hours.
Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Engineering or its equivalent with 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the Water Industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
