Mô tả công việc
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Conduct sales planning and follow up in line with company sales targets, objectives, and strategies.
Ø Seeking for customers in field of logistics such as sea freight, air freight, trucking, customs declarations, and find ways to approach them to introduce the company's services.
Ø Closely follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more businesses.
Ø Develop the relationship with shipping lines, other FWDs, Oversea Agents to get the competitive price, good services and exchange the cargo with them to enrich the source of customers and increase profit
Ø Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
• Tertiary qualifications with proven 3-5 years' sales/business development
• Effective verbal and written communications in English and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendors.
• Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Great negotiation, consultative and relationship management skills. Ability to manage priorities, be organized, methodical and deal well under pressure
