Marketing Executive working Ho Chi Minh City as details below:
Department: ECM Department (Electrical Construction Materials)
ECM Business Unit Department at Panasonic Electric Works Vietnam focuses on developing and delivering energy-efficient electrical solutions. It is responsible for products and systems such as wiring devices, electrical infrastructure, and smart energy management solutions, contributing to sustainable and efficient building environments.
Key Responsibility:
1. Campaign & Event Execution
Execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, trade, and channel marketing).
Plan, execute, monitor and optimize
digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., SNS, website, email, paid ads...).
Coordinate events such as exhibitions, seminars, dealers conventions, and factory visits.
Work closely with sales teams, distributors, and agencies to ensure smooth implementation.
2. Product Marketing
Support new product launches and marketing initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Assist in preparing product materials (catalogues, brochures, POP...).
Ability to make execution plans for assigned projects.
3. Data & Insights
Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
Monitor campaign performance (traffic, leads, conversion) and generate actionable insights, continuously improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Analyze market and sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
4. Operations & Coordination
Manage vendors agencies and support contract, payment, and documentation processes required.
Assist in budget and KPI tracking for assigned projects.

Direct Manager
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
From 1 - 2 years of experience
in relevant position.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good ownership, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Good teamwork and communication skills; able to work independently.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
