1. Commercial excellence & customer segmentation
• Manage distributor contracts
• Monthly promotion announcement
• Make price list, notice price adjustment, customers debt...
• Working with Commercial Head and Supply Chain Department to update daily sales list
• Calculate and update Value KPIs for Commercial team quarterly
• Prepare and deliver monthly Fertilizer import report
• Chanel Partnership Program report updated quarterly
• Sales forecast
2. Market Intelligence
• Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations
• Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects (Customer engagement, Brand awareness, etc.)
• Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs
• Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities
• Conveying analysis on Yara Digital tools (Repsly, Adobe Campaign Standard, Yara Connect, Yara Bodega,) and recommendations via presentations and written reports
• Daily/weekly update on Digital campaigns
• Other Assignments
3. Other responsibilities
• Support Trade MKT in materials control and Vendors/Agencies management.
• Support in implementing Digital initiatives, campaigns
• General Design
• Promote DEI as part of the culture of the organization.
• Ensure Yara's strong HESQ performance is converted into an embedded culture.
