Overview:
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
You will be responsible for assisting in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
MARKETING
A. SEO and SEM Management & Social Media Management:
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
• Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to enhance online presence.
• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement through social media such as Website, Linked In, Facebook, Youtube,...
• Create and curate content for various social media platforms (Website, Linked In, Facebook, YouTube...)
• Monitor social media channels for updating trends and opportunities.
• Uphold and reinforce the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
B. Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports detailing key performance indicators and insights.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
C. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
• Work closely with the internal team to understand product features and benefits for effective marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives according to BOD's requirements/ assignments.
D. Influencer and Partnership Marketing:
• Identify and establish relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.
E. Customer Feedback and Surveys:
• Collect customer feedback to understand satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
• Design and conduct customer surveys to gather insights for product/service enhancement.
F. Event Planning and Execution:
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, both online and offline, to engage the target audience.
• Evaluate the success of events and derive actionable insights for future initiatives.
G. Budget Management:
• Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
SALES
A. Company Profile
• Company Profile Preparation & updating
• Receive and submit the appropriate Company Profile correctly under BOD instruction
B. Client Data Records:
• Report market news relevant to potential & current Clients
• Record & updated list of potential Clients in individual and firms
C. Service Bidding:
• Acting assistant on Fee Proposal Preparation when required by the BOD
• Acting assistant on Proposal Submission when required by the BOD
• Record and report in time the Tendering Status Summary
D. Service introduction, presentation:
• Acting assistant on Company Presentations to Clients when required by the BOD

Yêu cầu
• Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills (IELTS 6.0 / TOEIC 800)
• Must know how to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and Internet Use
• Possess a "can do" attitude, willing to work as part of the team, work hard and play hard, carefulness and attention to detail
• Be interested in the Transparent Consultancy Environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
