Synemos is a Swiss-Vietnamese tech venture built on the innovation DNA of the linkyard group of Switzerland. We are at Day 1 - building our team, our brand, and our first customer relationships across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. This is not a corporate role. It is a founding opportunity. You will help shape what we become.
YOUR ROLE
You will be our on-the-ground force for
business development and marketing across Vietnam and the SEA region. You will bring Swiss-quality solutions like Phonemos to life in the local market - not by following a playbook, but by writing one. You will work side-by-side with Vietnamese colleagues and our Swiss team, turning ideas into action fast.
You will collaborate closely with both teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong client engagement, and a shared understanding of local market dynamics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and grow a local partner network for Phonemos across Vietnam and SEA; support our Swiss colleagues in expanding the global partner ecosystem.
* Run campaigns and digital outreach - digital and print, events, PR, community - you choose the tools that move the needle.
* Make our brand real in Vietnam: adapt the Synemos and linkyard quality promise for the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian audience in a way that resonates locally.
* Support the linkyard marketing and pre-sales efforts globally, work together with colleagues from Switzerland to grow the partner network and support sales activities for the entire group.
* Be the bridge between Vietnam and Switzerland: share market intelligence, surface opportunities, and help to keep both teams aligned.
* Represent Synemos at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities - you are our face in the market.
* Coordinate local activity and report directly to the Synemos and linkyard leadership.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* 2-5 years in B2B marketing, sales, or business development
* Background in software, IT, or SaaS preferred
* Excellent English and Vietnamese - written and spoken
* Hands-on with
digital marketing tools and CRM systems, social media and events.
