Job Title: Sales &
Digital Marketing Executive (FMCG)
Location: Hai Boi, Dong Anh, Hanoi
Total Income: Up to 30-45 million VND/month (Base + Incentives)
About Us
We are a growing FMCG manufacturer specializing in vegetarian and healthy food products, supplying both B2B customers (restaurants, cafés, hotels, retailers) and online consumers via e-commerce channels.
As we expand our brand presence, we are looking for a hands-on Sales &
Digital Marketing Executive to help us grow online sales, strengthen brand visibility on social media, and develop new B2B customer relationships offline.
This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who enjoys both sales and creative marketing execution in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce & Online Sales Growth
• Support and manage e-commerce sales channels (marketplaces, social commerce, online orders).
• Create and execute simple online sales campaigns to drive revenue.
• Track online sales performance and customer feedback.
2. Social Media & Brand Visibility
• Manage and grow company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create engaging content (posts, visuals, short campaigns) to improve brand recognition.
• Coordinate basic brand messaging and promotions across online platforms.
3. Design & Content Creation
• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, simple posters, and digital ads.
• Support packaging visuals, POSM, and promotional materials when needed.
• Ensure brand visuals are consistent and attractive.
4. B2B Sales & Market Development
• Support offline B2B sales activities (restaurants, cafés, retailers, distributors).
• Help identify and approach new B2B customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing B2B clients and follow up on orders.
5. Sales Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate orders and follow up with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track sales activities and prepare basic reports on performance and results.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the director
Working hours:
Rotating shifts 8am to 12pm - 13:00pm to 17pm . 1 day off/week + Saturdays work from home depending on the company's situation during each week.

• Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month
• Monthly sales & performance incentives
• Total monthly income: Up to 30-45 million VND for strong performers
• Annual bonus based on overall performance
