1. Customer Management &
Business Development• Regular visits to customers, especially in Southern Vietnam to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead discussions to develop effective sales strategies and actively engage customers.
• Collect key sales data, address issues, and support customer sales needs.
2. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Planning
• Conduct field visits to sub-dealers (e.g., part shops, garages) in Southern Vietnam.
• Frequent business trips required.
• Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, translate it into actionable plans, and conduct field activities to drive sales.
3. Marketing Support
• Assist with customer-facing activities such as seminars, exhibitions, factory tours, and sales promotions.
• Share field feedback with internal marketing teams to improve ongoing activities.
• Relevant experience: at least 3 years in the automotive aftermarket industry.
• Language proficiency: English (B1+ to C1).
• Strong skills in office computing and data analysis for reporting key sales indicators.
• Customer-oriented mindset with professional and polite communication.
• Collaborative attitude, strong team spirit, and willingness to learn new skills and tools.
• Physically and mentally fit for frequent business travel and handling unexpected situations.
