Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for a high-growth pre-need product (Kế Hoạch Trăm Tuổi), serving as a key driver for business expansion.
Establish, manage, and optimize an agent network.
Develop and oversee sales processes, policies, and promotional programs to achieve business targets.
Design and implement comprehensive recruitment and training plans to enhance the capabilities and performance of the agent network.
Create organizational charts and define roles and responsibilities to improve team efficiency and ensure sustainable growth.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and implement quarterly campaigns that drive engagement and sales performance
Yêu cầu
Proven track record in similar positions with relevant skills and experience.
Candidates with experience in individual agent-network models (e.g., insurance, financial services, or health supplements) are strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability in planning and budgeting, as well as leadership and training for junior staff.
Male or female under 40 years old, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Bachelor's degree required.
