- Drive the sales and achieve targets
- Supervise sales in Modern Trade channels
- Supervise and negotiate the trading terms with Modern Trade systems
- Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage in Modern Trade channel
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion program with Modern Trade channel
- Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual own-channel budget
- Monitor current market condition and competitor information
- Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs
- Supervise communications with customers
- Other tasks under assignments of Sales &
Marketing Manager- Age: From 26 years old
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher level in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Experience:
+ At least 5 years of experience in sales,
trade marketing in FMCG or related industry and 2 years in supervisor position.
+ Have experience about working with supermarkets, convenient store
+ Experience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Soft skills:
+ Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, etc.
+ Good English skills.
- Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday & alternative Saturday
- Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
