JOB SCOPES
- Reports directly to the Sales Operations Manager.
- Evaluate and optimise sales data sets.
- Possess analytical skills to analyse large sets of data.
- Be able to carry out ad hoc tasks/ duties when required.
- Assist SO&C in monitoring and managing Sales system via DMS (Data Management System.)
- Support RTM and FSA (Field Sales Automation) to enable field sales execution effectiveness via Sales Call procedures.
- Others: to be advised by Line Manager in proper situation.
- Overall monitoring setting-up sales targets, sales programs on DMS.
- Well-coordinate with Performance MKT to implement and roll out efficient sales schemes & lead allocating.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent and good command of English.
- Fast learner, pick up processes quickly.
- Be able to carry out ad hoc tasks/ duties when required.
- Be able to carry out repetitive tasks.
- Be well-skilled with Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT.
- 2-3 years in DMS system/ Sales data system expertise.
- Good communication, energetic and forward thinking.
- Be meticulous, pay great attention to detail.
- Working time: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Working days: Mon - Fri
