JOB PURPOSE
This role works at the intersection of our sales, operations, and marketing teams to support daily activities and ensure our processes run seamlessly.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Data Reporting & Analysis
• Compile, verify, and organize daily, weekly, and monthly sales data from the store system.
• Track and report on KPIs: sales revenue, Average Unit Sale (AUS), Items per Transaction (IPT), and productivity.
• Analyze the effectiveness of promotional programs, gift campaigns, and in-store events.
• Assist in preparing reports as requested by the Line Manager and
Brand Manager.
2. Order & Inventory Management
• Place orders and track delivery progress with the Logistics department.
• Manage safety stock levels for each store; provide early warnings for potential stock shortages or overstock situations.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and resolve data discrepancies.
• Manage testers, samples, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) within the approved budget.
• Manage and produce secondary labels and price tags for new products.
3. In-Store Operations & Events
• Prepare and execute in-store counter events, workshops, and brand activations.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of products, POSM, and gifts to stores.
• Be present at key events to support the sales and marketing teams.
• Track event expenses and compile post-event reports.
4. Sales Coordination & Support
• Act as a communication bridge between the back office and in-store Beauty Advisors/Make-up Artists (BAs/MUAs).
• Communicate and monitor the implementation of sales targets and policies at each store.
• Draft, manage, and archive contracts and documents related to business activities.
• Prepare materials and products for meetings and internal training sessions.
5. Content Support & Adaptation
• Translate regional guidelines, press releases, and product documents into Vietnamese.
• Support the Marketing & Training departments in standardizing content (POSM, training decks, catalogs).
6. Market Research & Competitor Reporting
• Research competitor activities, including promotional campaigns, pricing policies, and new product launches.
• Gather market intelligence and propose actionable insights to the Brand Manager and Sales team.
7. Other Tasks
• Assist with in-store customer data management (CRM) and support the implementation of customer loyalty programs.
• Support the e-commerce team by providing inventory data, reports, and coordinating stock for online sales.
• Monitor and propose improvements to operational processes (ordering, reporting, event setup) to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to control budgets for
trade marketing, events, and POSM.
• Provide support to stores (visual merchandising, inventory, POSM) as required.
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
• Good command of English, especially reading comprehension and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical thinking and information synthesis skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly responsible, especially with data and payment documents.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Perceptive with a keen interest in learning about trends in the cosmetics and creative industry.
• Enjoys a dynamic work environment that requires flexibility and high adaptability.

• Commitment to a full-time internship period (06 months)
