Mô tả công việc
Build and manage relationships with local partners and clients.
Lead B2B sales activities: develop strategies, identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
Promote and consult on company products and services (IT/software/ERP solutions).
Oversee legal, HR, administrative, and financial operations of the local entity.
Ensure all internal workflows and sales processes are efficiently managed.
Report business performance to HQ and handle local compliance.
Support implementation of solutions and client onboarding when needed.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the IT/software/ERP industry
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Experience in client servicing and account management
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Willing to travel for work
Confident communicator with a professional appearance and proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge or experience in the golf industry (network with golf course owners, GMs, or operators) is a big plus
Able to communicate in Korean
Experience working in a startup or running local entity operations
