I. Job Summary:
As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will design appropriate programs and policies for the company. You will analyze costs, evaluate the impact of incentive programs, and collaborate to improve compensation drivers. Additionally, you will manage data and provide data to support analysis, evaluation, calculation, and design of reports for Sales.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales data management and Reports:
• Manage Sales data and process data from raw to complete data
• Build necessary data for Sales
• Build and analyze all Reports/ Contest/ Scheme Incentive of Sales
2. Scheme incentive, Contest & Project:
• Design and support to do scheme incentive, Contest for Sales
• Evaluate, analyze to scheme incentive, Contest, Cost, and Strategy of Sales
• Perform monthly agent's cost analysis across channel
• Model campaigns/contests cross channel
• Monitor & analyze the results of campaigns/contests
• Propose good practice for campaigns/contests and eliminate the bad one
• Analyze key drivers of sales compensation process and partner with other functional heads for enhancement
• Do some projects: draw processes, do proposals, calculate estimate cost,...
3. Others
• Lead and support other team members to accomplish team's targets Support data for SBV reporting on monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Be ready for internal and external audit queries regarding to agent payout
• Document and set-up controls around agent's compensation process
• Other ad-hoc requests (e.g. establish SAS data queries from new core system for Finance reporting purposes) from Line Managers
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification: University graduate major in statistics, IT, mathematics, Finance
• Possessing SAS Certification is an advantage
2. Work Experience
• 3 - 5 years working experience in Finance, MIS or managing incentive schemes
• Working experience in MNCs is an advantage
3. Knowledge : Expertise in spreadsheets, computation skills, SAS
4. Skills: Understanding of consumer finance is an advantage
