Job Overview:
Solventum Vietnam is looking for a qualified and motivated Sales Representative to join our Dental Solutions team, in charge of developing the Lava business in Hanoi. The successful candidate will work directly with dental clinics, dental laboratories, and related partners to promote, consult, and drive sales of Lava dental ceramic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with dental clinics and dental laboratories in the assigned territory.
Promote, consult, and sell Lava dental ceramic solutions to customers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.
Work closely with internal teams to provide product, technical, and after-sales support to customers.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and developments in the dental industry.
Develop sales plans and provide regular sales reports to the direct manager.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the dental industry.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative /
Sales Executive in the dental field.
Good understanding of dental clinics and dental laboratory networks is an advantage.
Strong communication, consultation, and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, result-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently to visit customers within the assigned area.
English communication skills are an advantage.
