• Supporting the existing customer base;
• Implementing new customer acquisition strategy;
• Selling capacitors to customers in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries;
• Developing and implementing concepts to penetrate new markets and increase market share;
• Conducting, analyzing and evaluating competitive strategy;
• Identifying, analyzing and describing customer requirements and applications, and coordinating activities and solution development;
• Be responsible for sales territories;
• Monitoring project and price quotation;
• Organizing the visits to customers;
• Reporting methodically to Headquarters of HYDRA a.s. (Chairwoman of the Board of Directors or
Sales Director)
Education
University/Bachelor's degree in
Electrical engineering (specializing in high-voltage technology) or degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field with good technical know-how;
Working experience
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in other relevant sales roles within the manufacturing industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to travel to visit customers and fairs;
Language and Computer Skills:
• Strong English skills (verbal and written) and the ability to connect with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
