ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful Sales Representative /
Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial growth across Vietnam. In this role, you will lead regional market expansion, build sustainable distributor and agent networks, and drive high-value B2B projects for our elevator and heavy electromechanical solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Expansion &
Strategy:
Conduct in-depth market research within Vietnam; formulate and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to target segments.
Channel &
Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage local agents and distributors; establish standard operating procedures and maintain regional channel pricing integrity.
Commercial &
Tender Execution: Prepare accurate technical quotations, lead project bidding processes, and coordinate with technical teams to secure benchmark project wins.
Key Account Management: Target major property
developers, general contractors, and key accounts to deliver revenue targets and land landmark installations.
Operational Control: Monitor regional sales pipelines, analyze business metrics, and implement risk-control measures across pricing, credit, and contract fulfillment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education &
Language:
Bachelor's degree or higher. Professional business fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory to liaise with regional stakeholders and headquarters.
Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales or channel management within heavy electromechanical products, industrial machinery, or building technologies.
Track Record: Proven track record of high-ticket deal closures, existing contractor/developer network in Vietnam, or past sales revenue exceeding 8 figures RMB equivalent.
Core Competencies: Outstanding negotiation, project bidding, and commercial contract management skills; proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating under a flexible remote-first setup.
