1. Job Description
- Develop new clients in the Japanese market (IT outsourcing, Blockchain, AI, DX-related services)
- Identify customer needs and propose optimal solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and deliver presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, secure repeat business
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors
- Collaborate and coordinate with Japanese managers and the Vietnam development team
2. Job Requirements
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent business-level Japanese
- University degree (any major; business or IT-related majors preferred)
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or international business
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Work or internship experience with Japanese companies
- Sales or marketing experience in the IT industry
- Communication ability in English or Vietnamese
- Strong negotiation, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills

3. Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable according to candidate's ability and experience, 2 months probation with 100% salary, after probation pay insurance according to salary level.
