1. Job Description

Develop new clients in the Japanese market (IT outsourcing, Blockchain, AI, DX-related services)
Identify customer needs and propose optimal solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and deliver presentations
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, secure repeat business
Research and analyze market trends and competitors
Collaborate and coordinate with Japanese managers and the Vietnam development team

2. Job Requirements

Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent business-level Japanese
University degree (any major; business or IT-related majors preferred)
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or international business
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills & Experience

Work or internship experience with Japanese companies
Sales or marketing experience in the IT industry
Communication ability in English or Vietnamese
Strong negotiation, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Positive, proactive, and adaptable to new environments
Team-oriented but capable of working independently
Interested in contributing long-term to the Japanese market
Strong communication skills to gain customer trust

3. Benefits

Salary: Negotiable according to candidate's ability and experience, 2 months probation with 100% salary, after probation pay insurance according to salary level.
Commission and various allowances
Participating in PTI health insurance package when working full 6 months officially.
Performance review twice a year, based on work performance and company's performance;
Working time: 8h/day from Monday to Friday.
Performance bonus, 13-month salary, bonuses for Tet holidays as prescribed: 30/4, 1/5, New Year's Day, Lunar New Year,[protected info] projects, excellent individuals.
