• Maintain and build the relationship with current customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop new business from current vendors
• Work with product development team to develop samples, get quotation
• Follow up with the customers until getting the orders
• Regularly visit the current customers to understand which brands, products they're doing
• Take more market share from vendors for brands that we got the nomination
• Make a cold call to find out new vendors based on database is provided company
• Set up meetings with new vendors from the nominated brands or local brands to introduce the company and products
• Pick up information from vendors such as competitor, target price, item code, samples... to quote
• Work with the global team in some cases develop new products
• Keep working closely with CS, planning, production to support customers for urgent orders
• Support CS to follow internally some complained cases to keep the current business
• Support finance team some special cases need to push the customers for payment
• Keep track and send the weekly inquiry report to
sales manager to update the status for each inquiry quoted and sampled to monitor closely for getting PO
• Responsible for monthly and yearly budget for the assigned customers
• Analyze report to understand the order status for finding the reason for getting back the market share
• Check the forecast with the customers to prepare the materials
• Some tasks will be assigned by sales manager
• At least 1-2 working experience years in sales B2B (prefer in printing, label, garment, footwear, packaging)
• Can use English 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing
• Good at excel, word, powerpoint
• Confident in communicating with the customer as well presentation
• Dynamic, proactive in daily job, positive mindset
• Require hunting skills for the current and new customers
