Build and develop relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to promote and sell pharmaceutical productsConduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market shareProvide product demonstrations and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper use of our pharmaceutical productsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure timely product launches and effective sales strategiesMonitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actionsPrepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management

Bachelor's degree in business, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related fieldProven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targetsProficient in the English languageA team playerSound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulations, and key playersExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and market trendsSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and key stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
