1. Market Development:
- Identify and expand the distributor network within the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, supporting them in developing their retail system.
- Monitor and analyze the market and competitors to propose effective business strategies.
2. Achieve Sales Targets
- Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop detailed sales plans and work schedules on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
3. Support and Consultation
- Visit market with distributor regularly.
- Advise customers on suitable lubricant products based on their needs.
- Assist distributors in organizing promotional programs and product marketing events.
- Implement sales promotion activities, events, and workshops to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
- Resolve complaints or issues related to products and services promptly.
4. Information Management and Reporting
- Monitor and manage purchase order, sales report, forecast.
- Regularly update customer lists and report business results and market conditions to management.

6. Other tasks as assigned by management
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree
• Having technical knowledge is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the lubricant industry or related fields.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global professional team.
• Good at English Skills (speaking & Writing)
• Good at computer skills
• Honest, hard-working.
