Mô tả công việc
• Lead the team to drive end-to-end product cycles, develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives and measure sales results and provide timely feedback to respective channels for driving optimal results
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Manage a defined territory or account list, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
• Generate new leads through market research, networking, and other means
• Qualify leads and opportunities based on customer needs and budget considerations
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers and prospects
• Monitor and manage business /contracting models, sales enablers and solutions to drive changes /enhancement in sales systems and technological infrastructure, business rules and practices, to ensure business-friendliness for partners
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
• Interact with related departments on regular basis to facilitate the launch and execution of products and offerings with the goal of facilitating sales teams to achieve their sales targets.
• Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system, proper functioning of all travel trade sales platforms to minimize sales disruption, and keep track of the need for sales systems updates, training and development to ensure proper day to day usage by all sales teams

Yêu cầu
• Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a strategic sales role
• Results driven & self-motivated
• Experienced in growing sales through relationship building
• Excited to take ownership on the strategic development and evaluation of a schools sales and marketing plan
• Confident to train and lead an executive to work towards and surpass sales targets
• Able to work effectively in a fast-past and ever-changing environment
• Able to work under pressure with the ability to priorities and multitask
• Computer literate with advanced skills using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Strong communications and negotiation skills; sound project planning and execution skills
• A resourceful, creative and innovative thinker.

• Salary: negotiable according to capacity / 13th month salary + year-end bonus according to Company policy
• 5 working days/week: Mon - Fri with flexible working time (check-in:7:30 - 9:00), 8 hours/day
• Annual salary review
• 12 days of annual leave + 2 days company holiday
