Opportunity to offer a wide range of services, including Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Road & Rail Freight, Cross-border Transportation, Customs Clearance, Value-added Services, and E-commerce Logistics.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (CHINESE & ENGLISH SPEAKING)

Salary:
Up to VND 60M gross/month + incentive
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding, with solid Sales / Business Development experience.
Fluent in Chinese and proficient in business English.
Strong hunting capabilities
and a proven track record of acquiring new customers and closing deals.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
SALES SUPERVISOR💰
Salary:
Up to VND 35-40M gross/month + incentive
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
At least 2 years of experience leading a team of 2-4 members.
Good English communication skills.
Strong customer acquisition, sales, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and acquire new customers to generate business opportunities.
Expand the customer portfolio and develop new business.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Recommend suitable logistics solutions based on customer needs.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
