Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance sales skills and performance.
Foster clear communication within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with goals and objectives.
Oversee customer relationships, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights for decision-making and strategy refinement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, marketing, and upper management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Yêu cầu
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team communication and collaboration.
Good English skill & computer literate.
Analytical mindset & problem-solving capabilities.
Minimum 2 years of experience in equivalent position.
