Job Description
The Sales Support Analyst is an entry level position responsible for participating in a range of sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities, and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a full range of support services to salespeople and client segments.
Responsibilities
• Perform card and loan application checking to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy of the documents.
• Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely.
• Resolve sales problems by identifying and selecting solutions from acquired technical experience and precedent.
• Manage the safekeeping and control of files during operation hours.
• Monitor controls based on regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Delivery and administration of access media and sales tools and assist in the overflow of digital self-service media.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• 1-3 years Relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
