As the Sales Supervisor - MT, you will play a critical role in driving the operational excellence of our modern trade customer development function. You will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and implement strategies to optimize operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets. Your focus will be on developing and executing operational plans, ensuring effective distribution, and driving continuous improvement within the modern trade channel.

You are a function expert -
- Target Direction: Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies for growth.
- Capability Building: Provide guidance and support to the merchandiser & PG team, build relationships with key stores, and ensure proper execution.
- Segmentation: Focus on top-performing stores and optimize sales strategies to maximize market share.
- Shopper Activities: Ensure timely execution and display of products, track sell-out performance, gather feedback, monitor competitors, and optimize shelf and display share.
- Process Improvement: Streamline document submission, monitor product allocation, manage stock supply, and identify areas for process improvement.
You are a collaborator -
Work with key account management, key account planning, trade marketing, cross-functional collaboration, shopper marketing, budget management, and other related areas.
You are an innovator -
Leadership skills, Creative thinking, market insight, problem-solving, risk-taking, collaboration and continuous learning, etc.
What you'll need...(Required)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership skills and proactive listening.
- Proven track record of developing and being operational excellence on modern trade, resulting in sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in managing and negotiating contracts and agreements with key accounts.
