Key responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated Chinese-speaking Sales Support Officer to support our Sales team with the responsibilities outlined below:
1. Coordinate with Operations and Pricing teams to check rates, space, and handle sea freight bookings.
2. Be responsible for liaison and preparation of quotations for clients.
3. Communicate and collaborate with the Operations and Commercial Departments to support the Sales team in providing appropriate transportation solutions.
4. Follow up on booking procedures, SI, and draft B/L to ensure smooth shipment execution.
5. Collect documents and update shipment status to Sales/customers.
6. Check shipment cost/revenue and assist in receivable monitoring.
