Prepare, process, and manage sales documents, including sale contracts, certificates of completion, memorandum, purchase orders, etc.
Prepare and process with the registration procedure for new customers and suppliers, update information of previously registered ones.
Maintain, file, and update sale documents databases and customers & suppliers records.
Document translation support (Administrative document)
Yêu cầu
Japanese Certificates: JLPT-N1 and above (or BJT J2 or above)
Skill: Good at writing, speaking, reading and listening
Have experiences more than 02 years related to Sales Support/ Sales Admin/ Marketing
Have experiences for IT field communication would be preferable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferred sales-related software.
Have customer-oriented mindset
Logical thinking & analysis ability
Self-motivated & proactive
Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative
