What you'll be doing:
• Handle daily enquiries from Indian and Philippine travel agents and direct clients, with responses within 12 hours
• Send follow-up emails to gather feedback on proposals and move conversations forward
• Coordinate with our operations and product teams to make sure all services are confirmed at least one week before each arrival
• Follow up on payments in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure every trip you sell runs without errors and without surprises for the guest
• Join site inspection trips to build your firsthand knowledge of destinations, hotels and local suppliers across Vietnam and Southeast Asia
• Report any issues, complaints or concerns to your manager promptly
Yêu cầu
• Fresh graduate are welcome, but previous experiences in working at a similar position in inbound tourism sectors are advantage;
• Good knowledge of foreign customers' expectations and willingness to meet their demands
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, history and culture of Vietnam
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill with high professionalism
• Good in negotiation skill and carefulness
• Customer and result oriented with good business mindset
• Fluent in spoken English and good at written English
• Proficient in computer: Microsoft office, excel, outlook and internet
• Able to work in dependently and in a team environment
• Able to work under pressure
• We are also welcome less experienced staff member to join as reservation executive and you will be trained to be a qualified sales person to join our sales team.
