JOB ROLE
Role Description AQUA Vietnam is seeking a passionate and energetic Retail Training Specialist to support the development of our Field Force team and retail partners through impactful training programs and engaging learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
Organize and conduct training sessions (workshops, seminars, tours, online) for Field force team and DMX FSM.
Collaborate with PGH trainers, Retail Operations and internal team to schedule and execute training programs.
Align training guidelines with the PGH to ensure consistency, including sell talk, benchmark, key selling point for exclusive products, etc.
Develop and update training materials, covering both product knowledge and selling skills.
Enhance training courses with engaging activities, product testing, gifts while continuously improving effectiveness based on participant feedback.
Research consumer
purchasing behavior through FF team, FSM, and shop visit to optimize training impact.
Following social trends and company activities such as creating content, contests, viral, sharing among FF team.
Testing and making (weekly & monthly) training reports result of training
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Education background:
Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business administration/ HRM or related majors
Working experience:
At least 2+ year of working experience in Retail Training or related position
Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics industry is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,..)
Excellence in presentation & communication skills
Time management & organizational skills
Others:
Detail-oriented
Ability to work under high pressure
