· Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
· Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
· Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
· Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
· Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Yêu cầu
· Minimum 4 years of sales experiences either in E-commerce, E-logistics or E-commerce.
· Fluent in English (or Chinese)
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a solid track record of closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.
· Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
· Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
