1. Core Experience & CRM Expertise
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, CRM solution design, and platform architecture.
• Proven ability to operate at both a strategic level (architecture, solution design) and a hands-on level (configuration, flow automation).
• Deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, covering the end-to-end lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, pipeline tracking, and campaign management.
• Supporting multiple business units, brands, or complex B2B/industrial/manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
2. Technical & Data Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow for process automation.
• Strong technical skills: SOQL, Apex programming, data modeling, and API integration experience.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, web platforms, analytics tools).
• Solid grasp of data governance, data quality management (imports/exports, duplicate rules), and system security/sharing rules.
3. Business Acumen & Advisory Skills
• Proven ability to consult with stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and challenge requests when a better approach exists.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and documentation skills.
4. Communication & Collaboration (U.S. Working Hours)
• Fluent written and spoken English to lead meetings, gather requirements, and collaborate directly with U.S.-based leadership and teams.
• Strong presentation and training skills to educate both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to maintain sufficient working-hour overlap with U.S. time zones.
5. Certifications (Preferred)
• Strongly Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Preferred / Plus: Platform App Builder,
Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Architecture-level certifications.
