- Be responsible for the entire recruitment process from recruitment need identification to execution
- Identify suitable candidates across different sources in line with recruitment needs
- Search, validate candidate profile; conduct initial phone interview; do interview arrangement and do reference check about candidate information
- Be proactive to build and broaden network with potential candidates
- Aggressively utilize social networks, recruitment websites and channels to address recruitment needs
- Be proactive to enhance the quality of recruitment to address long-term and short-term resources
- Coordinate with other team members to organize/ take part in recruitment events and campaigns
- Be responsible for the entire people management from recruitment to resignation/termination of employee
- Support to do reports in terms of Salesforce organization structure & resources to Partnership Distribution management
Yêu cầu
* Qualification & Experience
- College/ University
- At least 2-3 year experience of working in the same industry or role.
- Strong experience in Mass Hiring Recruitment is a plus
* Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation skills
- Planning, Time Management
- Open-minded and, having a positive and can-do attitude, responsibility
