Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Salesman ( Open for Expat, agricultural Export, $8000, ID20109):
I. Core Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue: Maintain and nurture existing client accounts to ensure stable revenue and profit; actively acquire new customers within existing markets.
Market Expansion: Strategically identify and penetrate new international markets to expand the company's global footprint.
Strategic Planning: Fulfill monthly and yearly targets; develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
Marketing Management:
Lead market initiatives, define target personas, and develop positioning/messaging.
Manage marketing assets (Website, brochures, reports) and partner with product teams to prioritize the roadmap.
Sales Operations:
Directly handle negotiations, close sales, and manage contracts.
Liaise with the production department to ensure customer requirements are met on time.
Monitor the logistics chain (Import/Export plans) from factory to delivery and resolve any customer complaints.
Leadership & Support: Operate sales management systems and provide training/support to business unit subordinates.
Requirement
I. Qualifications & Experience
Gender & Age: Open to both Male and Female candidates; no age limit.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Export Sales, specifically International market.
Proven track record in managing export processes and
purchasing procedures.
Market Expertise:
Strong preference for candidates with experience in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Comprehensive understanding of food quality standards and entry requirements for Europe, North America, Middle East, and Australia.
Language: Native-level English proficiency
II. Knowledge & Skills
Industry Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of agricultural production and quality standards (HACCP, ISO).
Core Skills: Expert negotiation, strategic planning, data analysis, and problem-solving.
