• Responsible for looking for customers, selling company products and follow up and supporting customers in the range of products supplied.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and understand their demand.
• To follow up contract and debt and collecting dept from customers.
• Coordinate the sales and activities with the salesmen, prepare report, handle customer feedback, review and update.
• Regularly update and handle customer inquiries with feedback and support them in all ways you can.
• Handle delivery orders at the time of orders.
Yêu cầu
• Have knowledge and experience in his scope of business.
• Good English skills both verbal and written.
• Assisting the business and sales in daily tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to solve problems, communicate, translate.
• Prepare weekly reports about the customers.
• To go on business trips when required for assisting customers.
• You must strive to support and drive businesses, generate revenue growth of the organization by working effectively with the available resources in the office. Also, you must act as a focal point for competitive knowledge.
• No credit sales are allowed/ only cash and carry. The credit sales is only allowed followed by customer's credentials.
• Ability to work under pressure.
1) for fresh Fruits/ Nuts/ dry fruits - experience in selling at FMCG outlets, wholesale binh tay market and other big markets in whole Vietnam;
2) for Agrochemical fertilizers, organic, Bio, and other organic compounds;
3) for pharmaceuticals / OTC/ Cosmeceuticals / food supplements/ devices
